Terms of Use
These terms and conditions represent the complete contract between the User and SnapVisits, hereinafter referred to as "SnapVisits," regarding the use of the "Virtual Classroom" area, hereinafter referred to as the "Virtual Classroom," which is available to students enrolled in the Academy.

I. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

T-Buddy Mobile App: An application that allows users to practice multiplication tables with a game that uses augmented reality technology. The app is owned by SnapVisits and is open to the public for free use.

Virtual Classroom: An area with a digital library where students can download activities to print and answer. The materials placed in this area are not for profit and their objective is totally didactic for the student's personal use (This section is free and no economic consideration is received from the students for its use). Here you can also find recommendations for materials and websites with video games for educational purposes.

II. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
For the proper use of the Platform, the User must have the following minimum resources:

Any of the browsers available on the market can be used, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

In the event that the User does not have the tools and/or technical resources required for the operation of the website, SnapVisits is not responsible for the malfunction that may occur in the contents and/or resources of the website due to such cause, so such use is under the exclusive responsibility of the User.

The Website is constantly being updated and offers updated materials and contents such as: cases, worksheets, drawings, exercises, audios, videos, etc. on various topics such as business, finance, phonetics, grammar, among others.

It is prohibited to reuse, transfer, lend, duplicate or in any other way reproduce the contents of the Virtual Classroom.

The User's right to access and use the Platform and its features is personal and non-transferable to any other person or entity. Limiting its use to lawful purposes and the specific purpose of the Virtual Classroom, which is learning aligned with the objectives of SnapVisits Academy.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account to access the Virtual Classroom, such as their password. Therefore, the User must notify SnapVisits of any unauthorized use of their account.

The password is changed every certain period of time, so if the student cannot enter, it is necessary to request a new password from the administration area.

SnapVisits, at its sole and absolute discretion, may cancel access to the Virtual Classroom, recover or delete any data associated with user accounts. SnapVisits Academy will have the obligations established in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, in accordance with the Privacy Notice that can be consulted on the website www.snapvisits.org in the section "Privacy Notice".

III. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Virtual Classroom, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of use specified herein.
Acceptance of these terms must be made by the User, the Parent or guardian of the User if the User is a minor.
By using the information, tools, features and functionality found in the Virtual Classroom, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement, whether as a "Visitor" (meaning that you only browse the SnapVisits Academy website) or a "User" (meaning that you are registered as a student in the academy). Therefore, if the visitor wishes to use the Virtual Classroom, they must read this Agreement and indicate their acceptance during the Registration process.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, the Visitor or User will not have the right to use the Virtual Classroom, so Harmon Hall is not responsible for the use that is given to it.

IV. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SnapVisits has the right to modify this agreement and any policy that affects the site.
Continued use of the Virtual Classroom after notification of a change in the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use. Therefore, if the User is dissatisfied with the modified terms of use, they may cancel their access by writing to the administration area of the academy, without this giving them any right to make any claim to SnapVisits Academy. The academy reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt the Virtual Classroom at any time for reasons of maintenance or technical failures, which in any case will be resolved within a period of no more than 24 hours.

V. REPRODUCTION AND USE OF MATERIALS
The User may not publish, distribute, license, translate, or reproduce in any way any material or any element of the Virtual Classroom without the express written consent of SnapVisits.
VI. Materials
All materials shared are protected under a non-profit licensing agreement for the Kid's Cap entrepreneurial methodology. Therefore, their total or partial reproduction is prohibited, by electronic means, scanning, photostatic copies, sound recordings, video, and by any scientific means that allows the storage of the information and images they contain without the author's authorization. This is in accordance with the obligations established in sections 88, 231, and others of the Federal Copyright Law, and the penalties established in articles 232, 232 Bis, 232 Quater, as well as other laws in force in the state and federal laws that apply to the matter.
In addition to the above, the User agrees not to:
Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the materials.
Use the materials for any commercial purpose.
Modify or create derivative works from the materials.
Distribute or transmit the materials to any third party.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any violation of the terms of this section may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
VII. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
SnapVisits respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact SnapVisits at the following address:

SnapVisits will investigate your claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing material from the Virtual Classroom.
VIII. MISCELLANEOUS
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and SnapVisits with respect to the use of the Virtual Classroom. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, are hereby superseded and of no further force or effect.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SnapVisits may assign its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the User's consent.
The User may not assign its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without the prior written consent of SnapVisits.
These terms and conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
Any notice required or permitted to be given under these terms and conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

These terms and conditions may be modified by SnapVisits at any time by posting a revised version on the website. The revised terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting.
The User's continued use of the Virtual Classroom after the posting of revised terms and conditions will constitute the User's acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
